Testing Resistance is a funny thing.

Breakouts rarely occur on the first occasion that a support level is broken.

Although 28 cents was a definant resistance level, its first incursion above this was to 34 cents before a retrace to test support at 28 cents.

So to confirm the breakout it needs to surpass 34 then its foot down.
