Have taken a bit more of an interest in EPG trading since EXR picked up adjacent leases in France. Not pretty last two years for EPG, has bounced well off 9c level multiple times and then on volume returned back to 25-27c resistance zone. Noticed last few weeks support was confirmed back at 20c and then again some decent buying into 25c last week. Break and hold above 25-27c level would signal possible trend change and perhaps some progress on debt issues and/or new joint ventures. Major shareholder buying up is also a good sign.
