remember the Mining App was lodged in Feb. I thought the Rail line put that back a few months so as to expect approval in apr-june quarter, correct?
Maybe some don't know this OR it is coming through on time. Even if it isn't coming Feb, people will have to position themselves at some stage in anticipation of 1st half release otherwise the proverbial boat will be missed.
