Your chart is correct. Best guess is it will range trade for a couple of months (unless they can bring out some fantastic annoucement) and will break up through that downtrend line. Based on the current low (which hopefully will hold), it needs to find solid support at .135.
Its not worth projecting targets on this one, management need to build up credibility and restore investor confidence. ::((
