Looks like a consolidation pennant forming on lower volume

Not having an accounting background am finding it difficult to work out two recent WOTIF.COM HOLDINGS LIMITED company announcements:
1. 11/12/2009 Market Release - Acquisition of Go Do Pty Ltd
"Wotif.com Holdings Limited (Wotif Group) today announced it had entered into an agreement to acquire all the issued shares in Go Do Pty Ltd (GoDo)." Looks good!

2. 23/12/2009 Market Release - Change of Director`s Interest Notice (Neil Anderson Cumming)
"On-market trade Number disposed 475,000" Looks bad?

Daily chart: However can not complain about the chart ~ as long as the pennant breaks up
