there is an inordinate number of orders being added and withdrawn and very little traded. The volume churn is miniscule. There appears to be some computer assisted order changing, it's happening too quick to be done manually. If you watch the course of sales and watch the market depth changes they don't even come close to matching.
If the major shareholder in LEI gets interested in November I don't think we will be talking about 2 or 3c changes per day.
