Where are you pulling that data from?
No one is shorting OVT, I doubt there is even any borrow available.
@Tekvest any CFD shorts that are market maker and not being hedged are irrelevant as they are not actually being sold in the market(any sold in the actual market are reported) .. i doubt even market maker CFDs are offering this as a short option. Any DMA CFDs are being sold in the market as you have to arrange borrow via your broker so they are reported
