That isn't manipulation, that's buying and selling by people based on all kinds of factors, company funnymentals, macro funnymentals, fear, greed, hope, exasperation etc etc etc. ZIP got sold down hard because it wasn't a profitable company and the market turned into a bear market where people weren't willing to hold loss making companies on stupid revenue multiples. These things play out time and time again although more often than not they never recover, the list of examples is endless
