I think they only raised half of what was available because 250 mil shares only gave them $5 mil. They desperately need to get the SP up in order to raise some decent capital. I believe there would be a rest after July 1, but if they construct some decent and proper plans for the new business they could overcome the rules by issuing a Prospectus which would also get the SP up substantially. Do not want to see them suffocated by a lack of capital and an inability to raise more
