My question is whether there will be an uptick.... My concern is that OVT has already issued 1.22 billion shares and continues to release more. With such a massive number of shares in circulation, I believe it will be extremely difficult to significantly raise the share price, especially given the lack of any substantial progress.
PS: I am not interested in arguing or convincing anyone, I simply want to hear professional and well-thought-out opinions from different perspectives.
