This business will require huge capital to do what it wants to do and the US stock market is in a massive bubble with not much time left.
OVT does not have a lot of money and you only have to look at competitors to see what the costs are. Entry level costs will be massive, then security deposits for loan portfolios, and between 25% and 40% needs to be set aside for credit losses.
At present it has more than 1.2 billion SOI. If it issued another 400 million now at 1.5 cps it would raise $6 mil. I believe that a lack of capital and a late stage US bubble is the Achilles heel and the next pump when Mr Keast announces a plan will be a godsend. IMO
