Just a thought,, as previously said by a member of management, CTO/CRO ?? cant recall exactly, they will start the software from scratch so there is no costly legacy issues that keep needing patching up. The other prospect is that like DeepSeek, they would use Ai to dramatically reduce cost build out ,, be feature rich to the benefit of both client and host. Consequently theres a shorter runway to being profitable. If they can secure a US company that dominates a niche sector then they effectively have a moat in that sector and steady revenues. They will probably need to be in the US market ahead of the KPI to pull this off. Hard, fast and ruthless
