I am assuming that who ever participated in cap raise has 300 mil shares to move stuff around lower so they can buy more and more under 0.02, once they are ready for this to move up then they will use more funds (fraction of what they hold) to take this higher on any news to create volume and liquidity. Assuming it's good news.. This stock has lot of hype baked into it so it will not be difficult for this to go double to triple in a short few weeks or months if all falls into place.
