My take on it as I have shared.
Someone started selling on Monday last week with their biggest parcel being sold at 3.59 pm Friday. (They may have sold more on Monday but hard to tell due to the volume)
I believe this person or persons had inside information and knew there would be a sell-off once the plan came out having been privy to it.OVT has had a lot of investors waiting for this plan and most of them are retail investors.
OVT 65% retail owned.Now that the dust has settled I think this was not an institutional sale, and I think most of it was spooked retail and what spooked them was Friday's dump, lets face it did that plan warrant a 370,000,000 share sell-off over the 2 trading platforms? I don't, It's a huge overreaction.
