Some holders have smaller holdings at substantially higher prices than you have quoted. Others have much bigger holdings at far lower prices than you have mentioned. In the last month alone the equivalent of the whole register has been turned over between 1.5 and 2 times. Big hitters and small holders have cleaned up, some have re set, others have downsized, more again have lined themselves up for the next wave, while there have been profit takers and no doubt others who have been relieved to get something back.
To set up a brand new BNPL business in the US from scratch is a very tall order but the plans are underway and when announced, the next wave will break. Whether the plans come to fruition, at this stage is immaterial.
