The CEO has lost the confidence of all shareholders except himself.
The Directors (as part of the resurrection plan) should find a small closet for him and to get someone who has the ability to deliver substantially increased revenues, profits and cash. Take away the office keys so that he is only allowed in when they want to ask question or clarify something!
