You know that I cannot and will not give any financial and investment advice because of the code of conduct in this forum. I am a "victim" as well henceforth I have myself to blame (investors do make mistake). I am a short-medium term investor and the only long term are the blue chips I am holding (since they give me dividends).

The loss of both SP and no dividend is the most painful I experience. It really hurts but I amid it and try to change my investment strategy.
