More than enough time for Karl & his team, the SP performance is woeful (down from $0.48 (which wasn't even the peak) to $0.12 or some massive 75% drop in 30 months), and dropping further each month. Way overdue for massive management change.
As detailed on Aus Biz today - LVT is a poor quality software company in a bad spot on the software stack.
When the experts are saying don't believe the hype, doesn't make money, but produces great quality announcements (that get a SP bump each time then SP reverses to new lows), glossy financial presentations that look great, & then why does it need a debt facility (oh that's right it had to pay the legal fees of the directors).
Anyone who suggests this company is currently undervalued is trying to put "lipstick on a pig" by talking it up to limit their losses.
