Very right , there's a saying market is always right . I believe the profitability and the forwarding ARR is the key here . Yes, in the 4c we might see the revenue increased , but if the company has to spend equally 60+ million to integrate and support various technical parts of product and customers globally (out of all the acquisitions) , we can see it's not an easy job to maintain and therefore less desirable. Buying products might look cheap, but it will cost a lot more to integrate and support down the road. They should keep the product easy to implement , sale and support, But apparently it's too much to ask here .
