arhidas weighs in Okay good and not so good people
Based on price action and current technicals I cannot see AMP above $10 on a bounce.
Downside risk remains greater than a bottom been struct but a bounce or a corrective rally can commence because the stock is way oversold.
If I was considering buying AMP I would wait for the stock to make new lows on heavy volume and then buy 1/3 of my position.
If the stock then makes new lows on lower volume I would by the rest 2/3s and place a stop.
Otherwise, if the stock rises on light volume I shall do nothing.
If the stock retraces and volume picks up and the stock fails to make a new low I shall buy the remaining 2/3 position and place a stop.
If none of the above happens and the stock keeps on going lower than I shall do nothing.
I shall look at the techinacals more closely and the degree of oversold in AMP and shall post later.
In the meantime, can some inform me on warrants, their delta and volatility please.
