There's a huge sell at 20c for 4.9mill shares. Surely if you were serious about unloading that quantity you wouldn't just stick them all in well above the market price? When big holders sell down you'll usually see brokers churning and multiple crosstrades going through. It looks to be doing a fine job of supressing any upswing whatever the intentions of it are.
Just worth being aware of it and considering all the possible scenarios when deciding to hold/buy/sell.
