It is good they took the impairment of course, future income tax write off is a bonus. Dilution is not the best option for the SP in terms of payment for the executives but it's the only option they have without working for nothing. This is a good stock to keep in terms of oil price exposure. I can't imagine the SP going any lower than this, this will explode in a few years IMO.
