I am glad finally people are starting to scrutinise management wages and share allocations. Incentives, bonuses, packages. The renumeration procedures and processes in the annual report are extremely difficult to read for the layman. Most other company management during the covid downturn took a net salary cut. Not these guys 50% salary 50% shares netting out at the same $ value. Get real this is a company that's share price has gone from 48cents to 2.5cents in 2 years and is on its knees. If they keep rewarding themselves as has been the case since the float (nearly 5 years ago) they will have recovered their initial investment not to far down the track from here. Not a bad outcome if you back a horse and the worst case scenario is that you get your money back.
