Lower high close at .033 hit along with higher BB and 1 & 4 hr RSI curling downwards. likely lower low will be around .024 to .026, 78.6% fib retracement of local range is around .026
Hopefully, after the next lower low, the .033 which is the 50% level of the local range, can be retested from the underside and broken through....
if not, the next lower high is around .03
Weekly RSI looks to be bottoming out in early to mid April
