Shauns you almost have as many as me.need 25 people like that.
anyway my court case hasnt settled but in 6 days i will file for default.
the other side is now claiming 2 pages of the statement of claim were left out and claim therefore time has not begun to run.they are desperate ,have no defence and think that they can lie and cheat to avoid justice.

It is like a trip to the dentist.They are avoiding the dentist because they know he will tell them they have rotten teeth and will have to pay dearly.

looks like they are going to drag it out and try to overturn default on the grounds that the statement of claim missed 2 pages.

But if I can settle this fast i will put at least another $100,000.00 in at these levels.
