I found it. SCB announcement today.
What the hell is C Ryan all about. As a shareholder I am seeing him as a greedy director that does not have teh companies interest at heart.
When I go to the AGM I will be putting my entire holding against the motion to give Westchester 50 mil shares at 5c. This will erode the companies value and give opportunity for C Ryan to weasel in other directors into GCR and their little fingers!
Unless I have got this wrong, I call all concerned dedicated GCR holders to consider the motion and act in a similar manner.
