Spot on.
I do recall APPEA, warning the Government about gas shortages, but that fell on deaf ears, as they were bowing to the Greens, with their Lock the Gate campaign, of trying to destroy the Gas Industry.
And now we are at crisis point around the world. There is nothing wrong with renewables, the problem is the world is not ready to take over 100% of fossil fuel industry. As usual, too much red tape and hoops to jump, and deep pockets, to get anything going. And no guarantee, govts can withdraw all approvals, whenever they feel like it, to suit their own agenda.
