Exactly which is why I said previously I don't understand why we have the collective benefit of two boards, one O&G focused and one pure business focused - surely we can do better. The other side of the coin is, and I was concerned about this at the time many years ago, will there be a clash of cultures and will one side interfere with the other. Would not be the first time that the priorities of one company causes problems for the other or vice versa.
