OPEC+ is discussing delaying plans to increase oil production from October, after oil prices fell to their lowest level in nine months. Fragile sentiment in the oil market over the prospect of OPEC+ supply increases and an end to a dispute that disrupted Libyan exports, coupled with a weakening demand outlook, has caused concern within the alliance, sources said. Sources said a postponement of the planned production increase looked "highly likely". (Reuters)
