Apologies for the spelling error wrt your nic in the previous post. That was entirely accidental.
You do need to review your data on CVNs mc, as it is nearer to $58mm than the $37mm you state. I suspect the package you are getting your data from did not update for last years CR. The shares on issue are now over 900mm.
