With cash costs and profit margins locked in and with a current mine life of over 20 years which will be extended with more exploration in an area with already a huge proven resource it's really a no brainer at current prices.

Pay back of only 4 years, cash flow positive from day 1, market cap only $30 million, 70% of share held by top 10, future dividends, off take agreement in place, can't ask for much more looks like a good investment at near rock bottom prices.

Will be looking to build a possy next week hopefully.
