I know talking about PE has been all talked out but I would like to say one thing more.
The longer this goes on the more likely FAR have a legitimate case too answer.
COP and WPL will now have to face the distinct possibilty that their deal could fall over.
That plus increasing POO and what's possible in A2 & A5 make FAR a very attractive TO target in my opinion.
Or the chance of an out of court settlement more likely
