Well we've come all the way from our last low at 6.6c to 8.3c now, if that's what capping does then we need more of it....
Conspiracy works on the theory of making a convincing story that very rarely proves right but can't easily be proved wrong.
What we do know is the sentiment in the oil sector has improved and each day we are closer to the answer on numerous issues...
