14% is a lot of shares in any company.
Today's buying does not fit the normal cap and trade scenario. It's more like genuine buys judging from the volume for the day and the volume per transaction and very few XT's.
POO is 69.30 so might see 70 by the morning and that would be breaking the psychological barrier. Looks like most of the oil analysts got the price wrong again. Not suppose to be 70 till end of the year.
