I tend to review both charts and fundamentals as often the info we can read is not the whole truth and fundamentals can change at the drop of a hat, just sayin.
Therefore if what one thinks they know about the fundamentals is true and there is nothing significant going on in the background to change that, then one would expect to see signs in the charts of accumulation and a steady trend.
