I am looking at BLR as a long position, however it is pretty obvious that they are gonna have to raise some cash at some stage over the next 3 to 6 months.

This MAY offer an opportunity to get in at a good price, but my personal opinion is that the current level, anywhere in the 7's, will be the low for a long time, if not ever!
