So lets assume history repeats. Sp rises prior to a placement at 10% discount to a 30 day vwap. Back in 2011 the sp was pushed from around 10c to 15 cents to achieve a 14c placement. In todays terms I thinks this translates from 8c to 10c given market negative sentiment towards CEO scandals, lack of progress and a failure to derisk by partnering. Which gives you Roberts 9c.

It may be premature to think that the placement will happen today/tomorrow.
What makes you think that the SP will be 10 cents even 20 days from today ?

Also what basis do you have behind the notion that placement will happen within 1 month/3 month or 6 month. I know the placement will happen but we don't know when and it could well be 6 months from now after the news we all have been waiting for ?
