Im Gobsmacked that anyone would think POH was trying to partner its OxyC patch in 2011 ( at a time when it hadn't even optimised its patch) and then make derisory comments that it couldn't find a partner. I don't recall POH ever making statements other than it expects to license after Phase 2.
