Not so Jeva, I believe that these 2 small short, probably single application trial are designed to see which application if any will show some efficacy in reducing pain by means of peripheral opioid receptors. I'm not even sure if a control body will be used, but instead will be used to guide into a much larger double blinded phase III efficacy trial, and IMO will be used as a 'dangling carrot' for a much bigger pain portfolio package.
