nice post! I hope so, I have been to chilli and seen there avocados they definitely look a lot more appealing. unfortunately it's not just retail customers that make up the demand, I don't really think most large restaurants care where there produce comes from tho. Price, Size and quality is generally there preference. Unfortunately only WA avs can be exported to Japan at this stage due to the ban on imports from areas of QLD fruit fly.
