    Finally starting to move. This has a good look.
    - broker upgrades
    - investors looking for growth away from Corona related risk in China/tourism/oil etc
    - hopefully bad news is out
    - strategic new shareholder
    - possible short squeeze (I love these!)
    - long range rain forecast looking promising
