Looking closer at the tenement actual phase, It is slightly contradictory so I may be wrong. The approval changes the phase from requirimento to aurthorizacao upon granting, as I understand it; however we are noted in the DNPM summary as title holder. I note that when Terrative held the SW1/SW2 tenement, they were the title holder. We now show up as title holder for both. It could also be that title holder is the applicant for the process; hence we appear.
So it may be we still await granting of the lease SW3.
