Look at the volume vs price. The most volume on the hourly happened when it touched 1.6c-1.7c, suggesting that that is a resistance. Whereas 1.2c-1.3c has formed a base and there's relatively little traded at those prices.
1c is looking like a low probability event, especially in volume. Unless fundamentals change of course.
