Can't say if they intend to sample the new lease and then Pebas or if they intend to do both in parallel.
No news yet about Pebas except that hey wanted to start in Feb 2018.
The CTMOAs expire on 30th April 2018 so I'd say that they want some sort of news before then so that the oppies are attractive enough to convert.
A bit of a waiting game at the moment.
