CTM seems only to move on news. For the last few months we would get some great news and she would spike then drop back down, then more news and she would spike again before drifting back down. This time the macro events were poorly timed and stopped our run into the 2's. I do feel however, that with the next bit of positive news we will be off again. With the cr at 0.9 we didn't even get back there so I only see us moving upwards from here.
