NTman if ctm prove up jorc at Itapitanga and are serious about production there imo it could be achieved by mid 2021.
Things can move alot quicker over there.
Im also in cla(in Namibia), they just finished jorc, ss due end of june, pfs to follow and if the project keeps ticking the boxes production late 2020.
Brazilian government is mining friendly and i believe ctm could do similar time frames if they decided to go that way. Would coincidentally correspond with your commodities cycle prediction.
