Certainly. If the strike price is 1c and the heads are 5c, the oppies will be anything up to 4c.
This is due to the cost of exercising the oppies being the cost of the oppie plus the strike. Any combination, less than the cost of heads is possible.
So people paying .003 for OAs are determining the heads will be >1.3c come 30/4/18.
