It’s called arbitrage ladies and gentlemen. Institutions and retail investors will take advantage of it and the theory states in an efficient market there will be no arbitrage.
I have applied for the full 30k and have some more money tucked away for on market purchases sub 32 only if it gets there.
Those trying to take advantage of the arbitrage will be hitting their heads in the next few months
