    Don't get too excited too quickly, it's a dog of a market for stocks like ALC. Other stocks I watch / hold are at ludicrous multiples 30, 40, 50 times! TBH I'm happy at this level of consolidation. A very firm foundation for further appreciation backed by contracts, market expansion and tangibility of the "transformational' acquistion.
