A larger (I'm assuming profitable) company wouldn't be interested in taking over ALC because of the above.
Even being able to look into the books and have an inside knowledge of how they're travelling - and not interested in a TO.

Yet you with far less "knowledge" has invested. Supposedly to a reasonable degree.
AND pumped/upramped almost on a daily basis.

Disclosure: I see an investment in ALC as relatively high risk and only have a relatively small amount invested.
End of FY tax loss selling is looking reasonable.
